Principal’s Message

 would like to take this opportunity to share our vision for the budding Engineers of our Institute. From the very beginning, our approach has been to groom and create Engineering professionals who are sensitive to the needs of the Society and can apply their technical knowledge to fill this gap in a sustainable, ethical and humane way. Talents too are constantly developed through sports and varied co-curricular activities. While academic excellence is our major thrust, the College is also devoted to prepare the students for life, groom them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially relevant. We constantly endeavour to always live up to this ideology and inculcate this into everything we do, with the aim that we will be able to ensure that the students grow to their full potential. I believe that having quality, inspirational and passionate teachers is essential to a Institute’s success.

Mr. Vikash Bhatt is Principal of Govt. Polytechnic Chopta. He is B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) from HNBGU Srinagar Garhwal. He has more than 10+ year teaching experience of various Diploma Engineering and PGDCA. He area of interest is Programming in C, C++, Computer Graphics and JAVA.
